- Delivery drivers may request ID and may refuse delivery if:
- valid identification is not provided,
- the recipient appears intoxicated, or
- no person aged 18+ is available to accept delivery.
We may cancel any order if we believe these obligations are not being met.
Ordering and Product Availability
- Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or if we suspect improper use.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including delivery fees.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your wine promptly and safely.
- Deliveries must be received by someone 18 years or older.
- Drivers may request proof of age and may refuse delivery if legal requirements are not met.
Risk and Responsibility
- Responsibility for the wine passes to you once the order has been delivered to your nominated address—even if you are not personally there to receive it.
Delays
- While we work with reliable delivery partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.
Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- The wine has a major defect,
- It is not of acceptable quality, or
- It does not match the description.
If you believe a product is faulty:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with reasons for your concern.
- We may request photos or a return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
